Camp Amity Acres
Teen Leadership

Teen leadership programs are designed to enable girls to discover and develop their interests, talents, skills and leadership abilities. The programs offer several aspects: leadership, skill development and building on your talents, all while enhancing your skills to become a great leader!

Camp Amity Acres will offer two specialized areas for leadership training and development: Camp Program Aide and Guard Start. Girls who successfully complete the program may have an opportunity to share their skills and interests by volunteering at day camp, at other Girl Scout council-sponsored programs or within their own communities. Girls who are active Girl Scouts and wish to apply these trainings for recognition will be awarded the Program Aide pin and through volunteer hours may earn their Program Aide patch. Volunteer hours may be applied to other community awards programs.
