Camp Amity Acres programs offer a variety of opportunities for girls to experience the thrill and excitement of a full day of summer programs that may include.

As our way of thanking each camper for choosing Camp Amity Acres each girl will receive one camp T-shirt and water bottle. Please be sure to choose a size when completing the registration form.

Daily Requirementss

All campers should bring a lunch and a beverage. Water is provided and girls are encouraged to drink water all day. Dress is casual - shirt, shorts, socks, sneakers or rubber- soled shoes must be worn. Bring a bathing suit and towel each day.

Payment

1. Due in full at time of registration or non-refundable deposit of $35 per week.
2. Balance must be paid two (2) weeks before registered camp week begins.
3. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express and gift certificates from Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore.
4. Nutty Money and Cookie Credits may be used towards the payment of camp or in our camp store. Please send with your registration form or store order form.

Refund policy

1. Medical reasons will be honored for a refund when accompanied by a physician's statement in writing explicitly stating why your daughter cannot participate.
2. Refunds are not given for days missed during a week, nor can missed days be made up during another week.

Camp Store

Camp store is available for those who wish to shop. A list of items in the store will be sent in your confirmation packet.

Before/After Care

Before and After Care is available at the Ocean Service Center in Toms River. Bus 1C must be included on the registration form.

• Care Cost: $30 per child/per week
• Bus Cost: $45 per child/per week, required
• After Care
• 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm.
• Girls must be picked up by 5:30 pm
• Care Cost: $30 per child/per week
• Bus Cost: $45 per child/per week, required
• Both Before and After Care

  • Bus Cost: $45 per child/per week, required

Requirements

Girls by New Jersey law cannot participate in day camp without completed health history forms; return the completed health form as well other forms in your confirmation packet or on our web site www.girlscoutsjs.org soon as possible before camp starts.

Confirmation

Confirmation packets will be sent by mail. All applications must be completed in full. Camp is first-come first-serve. If your camper would like to be placed in a unit with a friend you must indicate that on your registration form and her friends(s) must also complete an application.
